What this website collects, where it goes and how to ask for it to be removed. VOLT is a web design agency in Duhok, Kurdistan Region, and is responsible for the details you send here.

- The request form
- When you send a request on the enquiry page, your browser sends your name, telephone number, topic, package (if chosen) and message, with a random request reference, to VOLT’s private admin panel on Cloudflare. It is stored in that panel’s Cloudflare database. Only the signed-in owner can read it.
- Your network address
- To limit repeated sending, the panel stores a keyed code derived from your network (IP) address, not the address itself, with the time of your request.
- How it is used
- VOLT uses your details to review and respond to your request. Sending does not sign you up for marketing, and no SMS, email or WhatsApp message is sent automatically.
- How long it is kept
- VOLT keeps a request for 12 months after it arrives and then deletes it, or sooner if you ask. The network code is stored with the request and deleted with it. If VOLT goes on to work with you, your name, number and message are also copied into VOLT’s private client records; ask and VOLT removes those too. Copies in the panel’s private backups are replaced within 30 days.
- The WhatsApp links (“Message us on WhatsApp”, “Message us there”, “Prefer WhatsApp?”) open WhatsApp with a prefilled message to VOLT. Nothing is sent until you send it. WhatsApp is a separate service; what you send there goes through it.
- Visit counts
- Each page you open sends VOLT’s private admin panel the page’s address, the name of the site you came from (such as Google), the width of your browser window (to tell phones from computers) and the country Cloudflare sees your connection from. Only daily totals are kept, for about 13 months: no cookie, network address, browser details or visitor ID, and nothing goes to analytics or advertising companies. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, no count is sent.
- This website
- The website’s own code sets no cookies and loads no outside analytics or advertising scripts; VOLT’s own visit count is described above. Its fonts, scripts and media are served from this website, which is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare handles your connection, including your network address, to deliver and protect the website. Your browser remembers your Pause motion choice and which page entrances you have seen, on your device only.
