We create a complete private preview from your business information. It is password-protected and stays online for 14 days from when we first share it. Client-requested revisions begin after your 50% deposit; the deposit is non-refundable. Delivery takes 7 days for Starter, 10 for Pro and 14 for Premium, counted from the day your deposit is received and paused while we wait for materials from you. The remaining payment and your approval are required before launch.

Starter includes 1 calendar month, Pro 2 months and Premium 3 months, starting on launch day. Changes to text, photos, colors, typography and existing page layouts are unlimited within the agreed website scope.

Extra pages, languages and new functionality are separate scope. A sufficiently specified request received during your included period remains included even if completed later. Technical repairs remain covered while maintenance is active.

Maintenance is required to keep your agency-hosted website online. The first month (30 days) after launch is free. The first renewal is due 30 days after launch, then every 30 days: Starter US$24.99, Pro US$49.99 or Premium US$49.99.

Your agreed maintenance rate stays the same while you remain continuously subscribed. Cancel before your next renewal with no minimum term. Your website stays online through the included or paid period, then goes offline. The setup fee does not include perpetual hosting.

Website handover is available by separate quote based on what needs transferring. We agree the files, assets, services and any domain transfer before work begins. A handover request does not automatically extend your agency-hosted service period.

Technical repairs remain covered while maintenance is active. The following fixed prices apply to content changes requested after the included change period:

Booking, ordering and other dynamic features approved for your website are included on every package, with a working backend and your own admin to manage them. Other custom work, such as custom apps, business email and ongoing SEO, is assessed and quoted separately. Extra pages and languages beyond your package are separate scope.
